#BPM helps the medical emergency service to save lives faster

With the use of BPM, the medical emergency service in Geneva reduced the service time (from a call to an emergency team on place) in 2 times!
Their BPM is at level "Explicit" - see slide 7 in http://improving-bpm-systems.blogspot.ch/2015/06/help-sme-becoming-digital.html
